My kids love Joyful Smiles. It’s a play area for the kids as well as have many trinkets for the kids after their visit. All the beautifully spirited ladies here such as Dr Diamond is very patient and attentive. Carolyn is also very nice and helpful. The ladies at the front desk are very accommodating and a joy to speak with when making appointments, checking in and checking out. I would highly recommend this dental office for your little humans growing teeth.
This was my son’s first visit to the dentists the age of 2, and the experience was truly great. Dominique went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable and at ease. She was incredibly gentle and patient, qualities that are so important when working with children in what can be a scary environment. We really appreciated her kindness and professionalism!
We love Joyful Smiles! I accidentally showed up on the wrong day and the ladies at the front desk made it possible for my son to see the dentist a day early. The technicians always take the time to build relationships with kids to make them feel comfortable. A special shout-out to Dr. McDonald who always works her wonders for kids with special needs.
Joyful Smiles staff is always welcoming and fun. They always make my son feel so comfortable. They always makes sure he knows what is going on and shows him the instruments and dental tools there going to use. He loves that! Doctor McDonald and Amia were wonderful with him when he had his 1st cavity. I would highly recommend Joyful Smiles.
Dr. Diamond and all of the assistants are wonderful and great with the kids. A huge shout out to the assistant Carolyn who made my daughter’s second treatment 100x better than the first one. She was so comfortable with her it was a great experience. We drive an hour and a half just to come here, so worth it!
